Ceramic tile pull up & removal: Using a specially designed blade on a jackhammer to get underneath the tiles, separating them from the floor; concrete, timber floorboards, cement sheeting and more; while minimizing any damage to that under-floor. Timber flooring pull up & removal: Whatever the type of timber, we can get it up with minimal disturbance to the floor underneath making it ready for re-installation.
Carpet pull up & removal: We remove any carpet and its underlay, leaving the whole floor clean and smooth and ready for re-installation.
Vinyl pull up & removal: We always leave the surface ready for re-installation. Most vinyl’s leave glue beneath it which needs to be mechanically ground off to ensure the surface is a clean concrete so to be of any use with warranties* of other products that need to adhere to its surface.

Tile adhesive grinding/removal: Like vinyl, all tiles leave a residue/glue/screed of some sort which must be mechanically ground off before the surface can be re-used.

Self leveling: We have years of experience, jobs large and small, with the use of self leveling products. The rule of self leveling - we aim for a flat, smooth floor.
